The Nodehall
This large marble castle serves as a central hub for teleportation circles from all over the world. It was established along with the Nodehands to oversee it as a joint project by most major governments.
Each government has at least one circle leading there and larger settlements have one as well. It is mostly used to facilitate fast international travel for political means as well as certain private matters.
It also has the Nodehands' headquarters, a meeting hall for its leading council as well as several meeting rooms for diplomatic parley on neutral grounds. Around the Nodehall several smaller buildings were also built by private organizations - mostly those that already have access to the hall - to serve as offices to discuss terms of high end meetings (for example you might find an office to discuss contracts with world famous architects, wizards, etc.)
Environmental Circle
One of the most notable features of the Nodehall is the currently biggest permanent ritual circle. It comes in the form of giant metal structures, inlaid into the ground at a good distance from the building itself. It has a radius of 100m (330ft). Its effects is that Teleportation Circles are slightly easier to construct within the area and it has a constant 25°C climate control. It also serves as a constant Zone of Truth (DC30)
Teleportation Circles
In Y703e4 the Nodehands opened the Nodehall to anyone who can afford it; for a fee of 5'000gp and a yearly payment of 1000gp any organization or individual may have a room in the Nodehall to connect to.
The teleportation circle in the Nodehall are a modified version of the standard ritual.
It is (especially with the ritual circle around the Hall) much cheaper to construct one of these circles, but every activation once again uses up materials. In general this makes it cheaper than recasting the spell each time you need it or having a full permanent one.
Certain rooms do have proper permanent circles, though these are rare.
